Member Royal Society of New Zealand, International Society of Horticulture Science, NZ Institute of Agric. & Horti Sciences, and Auckland Chambers of commerce. Rajinder Saini has higher degrees in Agriculture sciences (M.Sc. Plant Sciences, Ph.D. Crop Sciences) and more than thirty five years experience which includes basic and applied research, crop & nursery management, technology transfer, agri-business management and export development.

For more than ten years in New Zealand, he has successfully set up and managed vegetable seed and plug-plant business on a commercial scale. He participates in the technology transfer through bringing out suitable publications and face to face discussions. (For details please click the link below)

RAVI SAINI

Business Manager

Ravi manages the operations and key marketing aspects of the plug plant business and completely manages the orchid export division.

He has a bachelors of business in marketing and management and has recently completed a post graduate diploma in business administration.

JATINDER KAUR

Greenhouse Manager

Jatinder holds a degree in Biological Sciences and has been involved in the Greenhouse management for more than ten years. She looks after day to day management of the greenhouses and monitors plug-plant quality.
